Hey Lyndsy,
I was just introduced to your website and upon first sight I was inspired by your excellent photography skills!
Do you shoot all of the pictures?
I like what I’ve read so far, your writing style is fun and makes me grin while I’m reading.
I love to cook too. Slow smoking big pieces of meat, and grilling, are two fun things that I love to do. Canning my own tuna, making pesto, and creating amazing salads with special vinegars and oils….mmmm!
Thank you for checking out the dinnervine! Glad you like it! Yes, I do take all the photos myself..Learning as I go! You sound like an avid cook as well..canning tuna I have not yet tried, but I love a good pesto myself. They’re will be more good recipes coming soon, stay tuned!ReplyCancel

Just found your site/blog. Always looking for new, interesting and tasty recipes. I will be looking forward to some new ideas
I do have one problem that I don’t think there is a solution to….I fixed a recipe last week that used coconut oil….that part was okay…but my problem is what to do when trying to clean up afterward and the oil goes back to its solid state. I don’t put grease down my drain (we have our own septic system) and always heat the pans and wipe out greasy dishes before washing them. I did the same with this oil but even the utensils are coated with it. Do you have a problem like that?ReplyCancel

Just skimming net for healthy new recipes to try and stumbled onto this site. As I was looking around I saw the scrolling pics up top. A pic of an over easy egg with zucchini or cucumber long, thin sliced curved by it popped up but then it changed pics. I’d love to know what it was and to get the recipe. Is that possible?ReplyCancel

Hi Delana, Thank you for visiting the dinnervine! I went back and looked through my header images, and the one I think you are referring too, happens to be one of the only pics (in that header), that was from a restaurant! Sorry, as I don’t have the recipe for that dish. It was from a small restaurant in Seoul, South Korea. Basically, a zucchini-wrapped dumpling with a quail egg to top. The filling reminded my of a beef & rice mixture (what I would stuff grape leaves or cabbage with). It was very good! Maybe I should try to recreate a version, and post it up on the site soon? Hope you
visit us again soon. Respectfully, LyndsyReplyCancel

I’m looking forward to trying the new mushroom sauce dish and of course the Almond Crusted Salmon – I haven’t been cooking myself enough lately so these recipes have inspired me to get back at it. Yes, great pictures too.
