This soup turned out absolutely amazing and the only change was that I added a little bit of fresh ginger to the broth while cooking the veggies. Yum- making it again for a sick friend and for a friend who just had a baby (the perfect go to gift to eat fresh or freeze). Thank you so much for sharing!!
