Those are very delicious cookies! I made them several times. To make them nicely round I form a ball with my hands and then place it on a baking sheet. The gough should be chilled in the fridge before. While baking the cookie balls are spreding a little and look like normal cookies with pleasantly round shapes.
I have brought some to my office twice and my co-workers demand more :) I also made them for my 2 yo daycare when it was my turn to provide snacks – and kids liked them! Thank you for the great recipe!
