Christmas Vacation…

Shopping chaos has drawn to a close, wrapping & ribbons all off their rolls, families & friends preparing festive bites, and lots of spiced egg nog to sip through the night… It’s hard to believe Christmas 2012 is already behind us, but the day held many traditions that embrace the spirit of the season. This year I’m fortunate to…

Frosted Flakes

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…! Well, my cupcakes are at least. Not much snow in coastal Southern California, but that isn’t going to stop me from enjoying a white winter of holiday baking. When Christmas time rolls-in, usually it’s cookie dough I’m rolling-out, but this year a new dessert was on my…

The Great Pumpkin Sandwitch…

There is certainly something great about pumpkins this time of year, as Charlie Brown could attest, but a pumpkin sandwich? Well, with Fall holidays approaching, it makes perfect sense! Don’t worry, I’m not gonna try and suggest we slice-up some gourds, slap them between whole wheat with mayo, hold the onions, add pickles (save that…

Strawberry so Vanilla…

…in a good way! Ripe summer strawberries are headed towards their end of season, and it’s time to grab them while you still can! Why? Well, one because they’re delicious, and two because it’s time again to bake a cake. The inspiration for creating this baked good, came from The Great American Ice Cream Challenge…

What a Cluster

I don’t know about you, but my week’s been a cluster so far, though I am kind of enjoying it!  Well, that’s only because my cluster is centered around dark chocolate, and the salty-sweetness of pretzel pieces, marshmallows, dried cranberries, honey roasted cashews & sea salt. Now that’s my kind of cluster, AND one that…

Looks awesome!

Hi there, you would really like these! I might have to bring some in for the AHI crew soon:)

Michelle

Thank you for sharing!

I was wondering if I have to change up anything if I just omit the cranberries. I’m the only one that will eat them at my house.

I’m still looking where I can print this off and can’t find anywhere.

Hi Michelle, Thank you for visiting! Yes, you can totally omit them! I would then add more cashews or marshmallows in that case, or if your fam is a fan of raisins, yogurt-covered raisins… or maybe even chopped dried blueberries, that would be a delicious substitute also. Hope you enjoy, they are addicting!

Hi Lois, thank you for visiting the dinnervine! The recipe on the post, http://www.dinnervine.com/2012/08/chocolate-pretzel-clusters/, has a ‘save to recipe box’ button and a ‘print’ button in the upper right-hand corner of the detailed recipe. If you click the print, it should prompt your defaulted printer to print recipe in a standard 8.5×11 size paper. I just checked to see if the link is working and it appears to be. If you are still having troubles, I am more than happy to email you the recipe as well. Thanks again and I hope you enjoy them!
