		<description><![CDATA[Just a thought, but you could add some of the EASTER EGGS that you have colored with your children/grandchildren, etc., and add some color to the salad.  Every year, I make &quot;Easter Egg&quot; sandwiches with the colored eggs.  What makes it special is that the eggs have color that has &quot;bled&quot; through the shells, to color the whites of the eggs.  Makes the sandwiches magical. :)]]></description>
